Payment and Shipping:

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days.
Shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business days.
Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of checkout.​
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
Processing on orders takes approximately 3-5 business days.​
5:13 Apparel is not responsible for ANY lost items after your package has reached the post office.
If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS immediately and email us so that we are aware that there is an issue with your order.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. ​
Buyer is responsible for all return fees.

All items being returned must be returned in their original state.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags.
Receipt/proof of purchase must be presented with the return.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
Any returned items received after this time frame will not be honored with store credit or exchange.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for purchase.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. ​
You may request an exchange before your order is shipped but it must be done within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, you will need to wait until you receive your package to begin the exchange process.
